Claire Williams seeing the "green shoots of progress" at Williams

Claire Williams believes that she is starting to see some "green shoots of progress" at Williams after a difficult start to the season. Williams are the only team yet to score a championship point but George Russell finished in 14th at the British Grand Prix and will hope that the upgrades will improve performance in the second half of the season.

“We knew pretty quickly where the performance deltas were and where we were weak. I think we’ve talked about those and we wouldn’t talk about them in huge detail anyway," Claire Williams said to RaceFans.

Williams have had a tricky start to the year but will gain confidence from achieving small goals. They will hope that their upgrades lead to an increase in results.
