The Ferrari boys once again experienced some team orders on the radio. Twice, Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc swapped order, but on the first occasion, it was too slow.
By the time Leclerc had got in front of Vettel, Max Verstappen had moved too far ahead. Despite that, Leclerc remained calmed during his post-race interviews.
"There were no problems for me in the first stint. I was quicker but it's difficult when someone behind tells you they are quicker. After that, they let me past and I could make my race," Leclerc told Sky Sports.
To surprise everyone, Leclerc left his pit box with the hard tyres on. On reviewing that choice, Leclerc thinks it was the right option for his car.
"I don't think it was a bad call to go [on the hards]. We could go to the end of the race with them, but we didn't make them work as expected but it was the same on the medium, to be honest," Leclerc added.
