Absolute top drivers usually have one thing in common and that is discipline and work ethic. Sebastian Vettel is no exception. His new team is also reaping the benefits of this, although it took some getting used to for team principal Otmar Szafnauer.

One of Vettel's peculiarities in his way of working is the very detailed way he looks back on a race. This is something Vettel has been known for since his days at Red Bull Racing. Vettel needed half an hour to discuss the formation lap, so to speak. That would not make him a great analyst for TV, but Aston Martin is now trying to take advantage of it. According to Szafnauer Vettel has expanded the way they discuss the race and the whole team goes along with that.

That Vettel nevertheless had a difficult start this season was purely down to getting used to it, according to the American.
