Gasly looks back on Red Bull: "At AlphaTauri I achieved good results"

For Pierre Gasly, 2019 was a very difficult year. He was joined Red Bull Racing at the start of the season, but in the summer break, it was announced that Alexander Albon would take over for the rest of the season. Gasly had to return to Toro Rosso, which now goes by the name of AlphaTauri. 

The Frenchman does feel comfortable with the Italian team. "The situation looks completely different after twelve months. On a professional level, the past twelve months have been extremely good. Since I have been back at AlphaTauri we have achieved very good results", Gasly explains in an interview with Motorsport-Total.com.

Good relationship with the team

Not only is this season is going well for the French driver, he also managed to finish 2019 extremely well. "Of course I also achieved my first Formula 1 podium in Brazil. That was really positive. Also, this season is going well, since the start of the season", Gasly said.

The driver's results are also good and he is clearly enjoying himself with the team. "I am very satisfied with the relationship with the team and the way they work. They have given me a car with which I can do my own thing and that gives me a lot of satisfaction", concludes Gasly.
