Bottas: "It was a good battle with Max"

Valtteri Bottas had to start from fourth place on Sunday afternoon, but at the end of the race the Mercedes driver was again neatly in second place. The Finn is still leading the world championship and is therefore satisfied with his performance at the Red Bull Ring.

"From my side, starting fourth, today was damage limitation" said Bottas after the race.

Five laps before the end he fought with Verstappen. The first attempt failed, but one lap later it was still a hit. "It was a good battle with [Max], I had quite a bit more pace after extending the first stint. I could have left with more satisfaction, but I'm looking forward to the upcoming races."
