Toto Wolff has been awarded the John Bolster award at the Auto Sport awards ceremony.
Mercedes team principal said that "this is on behalf of all the team" when it was announced that he had won.
The award was presented by Jean Todt and Wolff said, "It means a lot to receive the award from you."
"You were an inspiration in your time at Ferrari and you were the first to call me and say ‘it’s an honour to be in the five-time winner club with you.’"
The award is presented annually to recognise an exceptional contribution to motorsport, something which Toto has definitely achieved.
Todt said Wolff's success because of "determination, involvement and to never take anything for granted".
Mercedes boss has certainly had a good year and he will hope that his team can continue their dominance next season.
