Bottas, Zhou and Bravi react to Stake car: 'Can't miss the colour!'

Last season the car was coloured red and black, but this season Valtteri Bottas and Guanyu Zhou will drive a car with a poison green colour. Stake F1 Team's car for the new Formula 1 season has been announced. This was done by the drivers and team boss Alessandro Alunni Bravi. The leaders comment on the new car.

Bravi and Bottas on Stake's new car

Stake team boss Bravi began. "The new car we unveiled today, the C44, is a tribute to the work done by James Key and the technical team," he revealed. "We have a fresh new identity and we are excited about everything we have planned, on and off the track," the team boss continued.

Bottas is also excited about the new car, and the new season. "My own expectations are high, we definitely need to make a good step and see good progress from last year, a season in which, in all honesty, we didn't meet the targets that we set for ourselves," the Finn commented.

Zhou thinks the C44 stands out

The car also does catch Zhou's eye. "First, you know, you can't miss the colour! It's a very exciting new approach, especially in Formula One," the Chinese driver said. "Expectations are high but, at the same time, we won’t know where we really stand until we start competing against our rivals," the driver concluded.

The C44 looks very different from last year's C43. The colours of Stake's new car in particular stand out immensely, as Zhou also mentioned above.
