Aston Martin had a diamond of a season in 2023. With 280 points and eight podiums, the team managed to surprise friend and foe alike. With 2024 about to begin, the team looks ahead to what is to come and shares their vision.

"From the moment of its inception, Aston Martin has never lost focus. Forged in competition, driven by performance, we have always had a singular focus to win – a steadfast vision throughout a climb that started at the foot of Aston Hill in 1913," the message reads on their website.

Hyper-focus

The team's vision and ambition is: hyper-focus. Team boss Mike Krack explains what hyper-focus means to him: "Hyper-focus is our very clear vision and ambition: to build a winning race team." Both drivers also explain what they think the term means: "A single-minded approach to our winning ambitions – blocking out the noise and only concentrating on what matters. That's what hyper-focus is," said Lance Stroll. Alonso is also clear: "Hyper-focus means total dedication to what you do, to be united, to send a message that we are here to work 24 hours a day, seven days a week – everyone giving 100 per cent."
