Renault and Red Bull haven't exactly been best of friends this season as their relationship nears its conclusion and the latter have slated Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, describing the 21-year-old as a "moaner".

Verstappen hasn't held back this season with his criticism of the French manufacturer for their reliability woes that have had a huge impact on Red Bull's season; particularly Verstappen's team-mate Daniel Ricciardo's.

Ironically, Ricciardo is switching alliances to Renault next season, with Pierre Gasly happily taking the Aussie's seat at Red Bull Racing.

Ricciardo has the unwanted high of an incredible eight DNFs this season; with his latest coming in Mexico, with just 10 laps of the 71 remaining.

Renault were doing their usual "Travel Blog" for the Brazilian Grand Prix coming up this weekend and unsurprisingly the French side took another dig at Verstappen.

"A party atmosphere is one similarity between Mexico and Brazil, with another being the sheer volume of people living in the two host cities," Renault said in their preview.

"With a combined population of 20 million, which may or may not be equivalent to the number of times Max Verstappen has moaned about something this season, these two back-to-backs are physically HUGE."
