McLaren team boss Andrea Stella can look back on a delightful edition of the British Grand Prix for him. He saw his drivers[Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri] finish second and fourth at the Silverstone circuit. The Italian team boss hopes to see another competitive weekend from the drivers in his orange cars.

"Following a successful British Grand Prix, we now turn out attention to Hungary, where we'll aim to keep up the momentum and continue on our journey of extracting performance from the MCL60," Stella said in previewing the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend.

Stella sees opportunities in Budapest

"The circuit in Budapest is a very different track with low-speed corners. It will present a new challenge to the now upgraded MCL60. We remain with both feet on the ground but hopeful for another competitive weekend," said the McLaren team boss.

McLaren is fifth in the constructors' championship. Looking upwards is possible, but whether the English team can overtake Ferrari seems to be a difficult story to tell. After all, the Italian Scuderia's lead is 98 points. Running out of Alpine is an option though, McLaren is now on a 12-point lead.
