Romain Grosjean will be busy in 2023. Not only will the Frenchman drive a full season in IndyCar, he is involved in Lamborghini development for the World Endurance Championship and active as a pilot. The former F1 driver has found yet another job.

Grosjean will start working as a Formula 1 commentator for French channel Canal+, the company announced in a press release. Next season, he can be heard from the commentary box at five Grands Prix. The Frenchman will get behind the microphone at the races in Miami (where he lives) and Las Vegas, among others.

Also Alesi as commentator

The Andretti driver in IndyCar is not the only prominent one to start working as a commentator for French television. Jean Alesi can also be heard this season. The Frenchman is currently director of the Paul Ricard circuit. In addition, he finds time to travel to some Grands Prix. These include Canada, where he took his first and only victory 28 years ago.

Grosjean never managed to win a Grand Prix. However, he did stand on the podium 10 times in Formula 1 and had his best season in 2013, where he took the podium six times with Lotus and finished seventh in the standings. In his F1 career, he competed for Renault, Lotus and Haas. In 2023, he will start his third season in the IndyCar class.
