Toto Wolff joins Racing Point in the whole issue of copying and pasting the car. Gary Anderson, former F1 engineer, however, believes that Wollf is not looking at the matter objectively. If this was the case between Red Bull and AlphaTauri, Wollf would have said something completely different.

Wolff measures in two sizes

Racing Point rebuilt the 2019 Mercedes and came into disrepute. Several teams officially protested. The team was found guilty and was punished. The issue continues because according to many this punishment is not severe enough. Wolff stood up for his client.
Gary Anderson writes on TheRace.com: "Wolff tried to hide. He felt uncomfortable with the situation that arose. If this had happened at AlphaTauri and Red Bull Racing or at Haas and Ferrari, he would have called completely different things".
"I think he knows what the fork's like, but he's tried to talk things in his favour."
