Hamilton's rumoured date takes a break from Instagram after receiving hateful comments

The video of Hamilton with Sobakinskaja was seen by many Formula 1 fans, but some responses were so negative that the model decided to temporarily delete the Meta-platform. “More than 100 messages I received today for nothing, sorry but I'm done with Instagram for [the] next few days,” she wrote in an Instagram story, as she also shared a collection of screenshots of hate comments.

“You piece of s***, go to your Balkan country,” was one example of the comments she received after the rumour of the two dating. Incidentally, Sobakinskaja is from Russia, not the Balkans.

The model now has 514,000 followers on Instagram, thus having a large reach. Whether the two are actually dating is unknown, as Hamilton usually keeps these details private, but some fans have already drawn their own conclusions.
