Wednesday afternoon delegates from Racing Point, Renault and also Mercedes had to report to the stewards for a hearing on the RP20. Whether or not the 2020 car of Racing Point is illegal is not yet known.
The meeting reportedly ended in about 2.5 hours. It's not expected that there'll be a statement from the FIA contest leadership today. The usually well imported journalist Albert Fabrega reports that for Friday's first free practice session at Silverstone a statement will be made by the international motorsport federation.

Soap not over yet

There's a good chance that the case isn't finished by then. An appeal may still be lodged. The chance that either Racing Point or Renault will do so when they are found to be in the wrong seems very high.
Moreover, it can be assumed that if the 'brake ducts' are found to be illegal, Renault will protest against even more parts of the RP20. Anyway, we'll probably have to be patient until Friday.
