Stewards investigate Verstappen: possible grid penalty

Verstappen is not the only one under investigation, as the stewards will also look at George Russell and Fernando Alonso. The Mercedes and Aston Martin drivers, respectively, may have been guilty of the same offence.

When exiting the pit lane, you are not allowed to hold up other cars unnecessarily. Verstappen therefore possibly did so. A grid penalty of three places may await him.
