Mercedes confirm FIA were constantly informed about W13 innovations

This season a new rule has been introduced in Formula 1 that deals with the so-called "super majority". If a minimum of eight out of ten teams speak against a certain innovation, even if it is within the rules, it can be decided that something is still prohibited.
