Haas F1 files two protests with FIA regarding Alonso and Perez

Fernando Alonso lost his mirror in the United States Grand Prix and Sergio Perez drove some laps with damage to his wing endplate. Haas F1 does not understand why they were not called in by the FIA. They have therefore filed two protests with the governing body.
Haas F1 have faced the 'meatball' flag several times this year with Kevin Magnussen. This black flag with an orange dot indicates that a driver needs to make a pit stop because a part is loose and in this could cause dangerous situations. The American racing team was not at all happy about this, as they said it was totally unnecessary, including in the context of safety.
Guenther Steiner's team thinks the race management are inconsistent.
