Fancy staying with former Haas boss Guenther Steiner? It's now possible!

Always dreamed of staying with a Formula 1 star? Fair is fair; at first glance, it does not seem possible. Unless it is Guenther Steiner, of course. The jack-of-all-trades - former Haas F1 team boss, best-selling author, reality TV star, analyst - has now opened his own Bed & Breakfast.

Steiner has opened Villa Steiner in Meran, South Tyrol. Speaking to GPblog, the Italian explained why he did it. "It's a town I was born in and grew up in. It's a very nice town. It's in the historic centre. It's personal to have a house there. It's too big for me to live in, so I live just beside it," Steiner explained.

Steiner does not have time to run the B&B himself so he has outsourced that. "It's going well. We just started last year in April. So yes, if you go on holiday there, you need to go there. You need to put it in [the story so] that people go there. Go to Guenther’s f***ing B&B," the Italian laughed loudly.

Steiner says he hasn't advertised the B&B much (yet). This is because he wants to let the fame grow quietly, to avoid a rush for the rooms and then nothing. Still, the interest from F1 fans is bound to come. And will they then get their eggs cooked and served by Guenther Steiner in the morning? "No, that is not going to happen. Don't worry!"
