FiA uncover regulation changes for 2019 season

The FIA has confirmed the first set of technical regulation changes for 2019 after a meeting at the FIA headquarters in Paris.

Techincal regulation changes for 2019:

An increase of fuel allowance in the race from 105kg to 110kg in order to use the engine at full power at all times
Separate the weight of the car from the weight of the driver
Drivers required to wear biometric gloves

2021 power unit regulations update:

1.6 litre engine
V6 turbo hybrid
Deletion of MGU-H exhaust energy recovery

Discussions regarding the potential changes to the aerodynamics are ongoing. The FIA confirmed they will be announced by the end of this month following research and consultation.
