In 2019, Robert Kubica will make his comeback in F1 after recovering from a gruesome injury he suffered in 2011, but he wasn't the only one to make an incredible comeback. In 2009, Felipe Massa was knocked unconscious after being hit by a spring from Rubens Barrichello's Brawn GP car. It fractured his skull and he was out for the rest of the year, but the Brazilian would make a comeback a year after.
