Formula 1 in all its deafening glory through the streets of Monaco!

A lap aboard a Formula 1 car on the Monaco circuit is always special. In modern F1 cars especially because of the insane speed that is accentuated here. The father of former F2-driver Louis Delétraz shows that it doesn't have to be that fast to shoot great images.

Deletraz senior drove the 1974 Hesketh 308 of James Hunt during the Historic Grand Prix in Monaco last weekend. Back then, camera technology like we have today was not available, so this onboard footage is pretty unique.

Not only because Deletraz is really chasing the Hesketh 308 and we can imagine what it looks like when these cars are driven on the limit, but also because of the deafening sound which the famous Cosworth DFV engine produces. People with headphones on, you have been warned!
