Pierre Gasly must fear a three-place grid penalty. The Alpine driver held up Carlos Sainz, who was on a flying lap, immensely. The Ferrari driver had to get off the gas, which immediately ended his lap. Gasly did still let Charles Leclerc pass, but was unaware that Sainz was also following.
