Even though there is no testing at the Circuit de Catalunya today for the F1 teams, Williams have made it their filming day so they can get some extra mileage on the FW42, which missed two and a half days of testing in the first week.
The 2019 challenger didn't appear on track until Wednesday, giving Williams a severe disadvantage already. They've only completed 88 laps in the entire first week. In comparison, Mercedes have logged around 600 laps.
Most teams did their filming day before testing, but Williams will be joined by McLaren and Racing Point to get their filming done. Teams are only allowed to complete 100 kilometres (around 60 miles) while filming, limiting the opportunity to actually get data from the session.
