The Barcelona pre-season test days will consist of two four-hour sessions with a break in between, GPblog has learned. This is what the schedule will look like.
The first 2026 pre-season test is scheduled to take place at the Circuit of Barcelona-Catalunya from 26 to 30 January. It will be behind closed doors. Each team can run their programmes on only three of the five days.
The day will consist of two four-hour-long stints. The day begins at 9:00 CET (8:00 GMT), and the first part of the session runs until 13:00 CET (12:00 GMT). After a one-hour break, the day continues at 14:00 CET (13:00 GMT), and will last until 18:00 CET (17:00 GMT).
