Lando Norris celebrated late into the night after claiming the first title of his career in Abu Dhabi.
The Briton, fresh off a world championship win after edging out Max Verstappen by just two points, enjoyed a long night of celebrations that lasted until 5 a.m., with videos circulating online showing him singing to Queen’s iconic “We Are the Champions.”
“A lifetime of work went into this hangover,” Norris wrote in an Instagram post the day after the party, highlighting how he let himself celebrate a truly special occasion.
However, celebrations didn’t last too long, however, with the world champion back in the car this morning wearing a special gold helmet for the post-season tests in Abu Dhabi.

After partying late into the night, the newly crowned world champion opened up to the media about his evening, which wrapped up with a proper champion’s breakfast.
He also revealed that he looked to Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton for inspiration on celebrating a title, but was happy with how his own celebration went, even if emotions got the better of him.
