Ralf Schumacher believes Max Verstappen's exploits across different disciplines are unbelievable, with the Dutchman's talent setting him apart from other F1 drivers.
Track walks are routine for every F1 driver to learn the circuits ahead of a Grand Prix weekend, except for Verstappen who skips this practice altogether, and chooses to learn the track on Friday during the first practice session.
‘’Verstappen says: ‘I drive a bit slower on the track when I want to learn it. I don't need to do that on Thursday,’ said Schumacher in Sky Sport Germany's podcast.
"Verstappen is completely a different breed, he's a natural talent and a ‘bad loser’. You can learn a lot from that. That precision, no matter what situation Verstappen is in, it's unbelievable.’’

Verstappen's unbelievable ability shocks Schumacher

By now Verstappen's prowess on anything that runs on four wheels and quickly so, is well documented, including his dedication to sim racing, which even during a race weekend, doesn't hinder his F1 performance.
'’When he's not in the paddock, he could be on the simulator all evening and racing in Formula 1 the next day. Or he could be driving a Ferrari on the Nordschleife, it's unbelievable what he does.’’
The Dutchman is currently P3 in the championship standings, even after a P4 result at the Monaco Grand Prix, which was a damage limitation race for good measure. Next weekend, in Barcelona Verstappen hopes he and Red Bull Racing can be fighting further up.
