Lewis Hamilton will start behind teammate Valtteri Bottas in Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix. During the drivers' parade, he spoke about his plans at the first corner.
Following Ferrari's sticky start, Hamilton's main title rival for 2019 is looking likely to be Bottas. Back at the 2016 Spanish Grand Prix, Hamilton had some drama with then title rival Nico Rosberg.
Yesterday, Toto Wolff confirmed he was having flashbacks. But Hamilton was cool and collected when asked if he was targetting Bottas at turn 1.
"I don't know. Errmmm potentially not, maybe 50/50," Hamilton told Sky Sports.
He was then asked if Toto Wolff had given the two Mercedes drivers a warning. Hamilton said: "No, we're professionals, we don't need telling what to do. We have an agreement so we know what to do [on track]."
