Niki Lauda has fired more criticism Liberty Media's way, arguing against many of the changes made since their takeover of Formula One. The Austrian also made claims that some teams, possibly Mercedes included, could be looking outside of F1 in the near future.
Lauda hinted at a possible future for Mercedes that didn't include F1, they are not the only team on the grid that is opposed to some of the changes made by Liberty Media.
Speaking with German publication WirtschaftsWoche, he said: “There is certainly a limit for the top teams. It’s possible that one or the other will get out if it goes in the wrong direction,”
“The Halo system is the worst thing ever done to Formula One.
“I do not understand why the grid girls were abolished. The Americans seem to have to swim in the #Metoo movement.
