Lance Stroll says Racing Point has a "much better environment" to Williams

Lance Stroll says that he is enjoying his time at Racing Point much more than he enjoyed last year with Williams. The Canadian swapped teams at the end of last season and believes that he has become a better driver thanks to the move.

"It's very exciting," Stroll told GPFans. "So far I've really enjoyed my time at Racing Point.

"The transition's been great and I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.

"It's just a different environment and a much better environment and that shows on the track.

"The level of competitiveness is another world and it's a very talented passionate team that are very hungry to do well in the future."

Williams have really struggled this season and it looks like Stroll has played a masterstroke by swapping teams. He hopes to make the most of the opportunities that come his way.
