Daniil Kvyat felt that the decision to penalise him for his involvement in the incident with Renault Nico Hulkenberg was unfair. The Russian pushed the German towards the barriers in the dying moments of the race.
Kvyat ended the race in ninth-place but following an investigation dropped down to 11th place.
"I don't want to say too much, because I'm still very upset about it, and as a racing driver I don't agree with it, because they told us that we could compete, that we had permission to do so," Kvyat told Motorsport.
"Obviously Nico was defending, I was attacking and there was a crash, but you know, these things happen, especially in the last corner of the last lap.
"I think people like to see some races like that, and if they penalize us for it ... they just kill the sport, and yes, I don't like what commissioners do sometimes."
