Kubica: Williams can't put the blame purely on Paddy Lowe

Robert Kubica has been very honest with his performances in 2019. Williams has been parked at the back of the grid for two consecutive seasons and he doesn't believe that just one person is to blame.
Paddy Lowe was shown the exit door as the FW42 arrived late for winter testing and proved to be slower than last year's car. Kubica insists the blame shouldn't sit purely on the shoulders of Lowe.
"You can have an answer for yourself, but in the end, I don't think it's a one-man issue," Kubica told Autosport.
"Unfortunately, normally the highest person pays the price. But it's the question of bigger groups and bigger people. I think the problems which you can see is not only a problem of last month, it's something that was kind of growing [over time]."
