Robert Kubica’s return to Formula One has been a dream come true, but his time in F1 has been affected massively by the lack of competitiveness of his Williams car.
Williams have had a disaster start to the season, with their car being nowhere near the pace, and even turning up to testing more than two days late.
The one time Grand Prix winner must be disappointed at how his return to F1 has gone, and told F1i: “Until now it’s like I have to make sure I turn into the corner and not spin.
“And then this is my driving. Everything focused on this. It’s difficult to say it’s fun, it’s at least experience, and those two races gave me good answers and valuable experience definitely.
“There were some positives in Australia, there were some positives in Bahrain. But as I said we need to find out what’s going on as I have no margin and no window where the car is, I can drive it, [but] I am a passenger.”
