Nico Hulkenberg has followed his teammate Gabriel Bortoleto’s lead by unveiling his helmet for the 2026 season. The German driver, who will race for the
Audi outfit, took to social media to reveal his new lid for the upcoming campaign.
While predominantly white, the helmet features silver and red accents alongside sponsor-inspired details, with
Audi’s iconic four rings prominently displayed on the front.

In his post announcing his new lid, the 38-year-old accompanied it with the caption:
"A special one. My 2026 helmet colours 😎 Final race suit & car design will follow on Tuesday!"
Hulkenberg, who claimed his maiden podium in
Formula 1 at last year’s British Grand Prix, will now shift his focus to the unveiling of the
Audi team RS26 challenger on Tuesday, January 20.
The German driver, however, had an early taste of the machinery during the recent shakedown held by the team at the Barcelona circuit.

The veteran driver, who hit the track alongside teammate
Gabriel Bortoleto, expressed his delight at the milestone the
Audi team had reached.
Both Hulkenberg and Bortoleto, who participated in what the
Audi outfit described as a filming day, completed no more than 100 kilometres each, in line with the
F1 guidelines allowed for filming and promotional days.
