Ferrari have got things back on track after a below-par performance in Australia. There have been some obvious developments to Ferrari's engine as they now look like the most powerful team on the grid. It will be a tight battle between the two Ferrari drivers with competition from Mercedes coming closely from behind.
Ferrari's dominant performance in qualifying has led to members of other teams commenting on what they think about the Ferrari engine.
“It goes like hell,” said Helmut Marko about Ferraris engine. The Red Bull man will hope that the Honda engine in his car goes well but compared to the Ferrari's most teams looked slow in a straight line.
Lewis Hamilton agrees that Ferrari are looking powerful: “They were pulling some serious speeds on the straights,” the Mercedes driver said.
Hamilton's boss Toto Wolff admitted that Mercedes is "lacking top speed on the straights.

“Whether that’s due to downforce or power, we have to find out, but this was a sobering experience,” he said to GrandPX.news.
It will be interesting to see if the gap between Ferrari and the rest of the grid is lessened during the race. The circuit allows for plenty of overtaking so it is set to be a thriller.
