Hamilton issues another inspiring message via social media

A few days ago, the seven-time world champion shared a post on his Instagram profile in which he admitted that “for a moment I forgot who I was”, but said he now feels ready and fired up ahead of his second season with Ferrari.
In a lengthy post shared on his LinkedIn profile, the Brit delivered a similarly inspirational message, this time more focused on the world of work and the challenges that come with change.
"One year ago, I began a new chapter with Scuderia Ferrari HP. It was a massive leap and with that comes a lot of learning. Whether you’re switching teams in F1 or pivoting in your own career, your willingness to learn will be your biggest advantage. Transitioning in this environment requires developing and redeveloping skills, like high-stakes collaboration and adaptability, while quickly picking up new ones to bridge the gap.

"As we head into the season opener in Australia, I’m reflecting on how much the landscape of "work" is changing for all of us. Technology and AI are reshaping our industries, and while that can feel fast, it’s also a massive opportunity to future-proof how we lead and create. Leadership can depend on how quickly you adapt to changes and are willing to evolve. That's what I did in my first year. I saw opportunities to learn and I took them."
Hamilton rounded things off by sharing a piece of advice for those in the working world, urging them to stay curious and never be afraid to explore new horizons.
"My advice? Stay curious. Don't just focus on the traditional routes. Invest in the skills that make you human and the tools that make you faster. Your path is yours to create. Let’s make this season one to remember."

Hamilton’s mentality singled out in hunt for eighth world title

Former Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone believes a potential eighth world title for Hamilton would make for a compelling storyline in the sport.
Ecclestone hopes Ferrari could play a decisive role in the championship fight, adding that F1 would stand to gain if the Italian team were to return to the top. He also noted that Hamilton still appears fully motivated and determined to achieve another title before calling time on his career, hinting that this season could present the right opportunity for such a milestone.
