Gasly angry at Ferrari: 'Can't even look in your mirrors'

Pierre Gasly was not happy with the driving style of a Ferrari driver in the first free practice session of the Austrian Grand Prix. The Frenchman felt he was being hindered and took a hard line on the board radio.

The driver hopes to impress again in Austria after two disappointing weekends and was keen to prepare for qualifying in the first practice session. With a sixteenth time, he did not succeed.

Gasly was very frustrated and had to take it out on his team. On a fast lap, he tried to pass his Ferrari predecessor, only to feel that the driver prevented him from doing so.

Gasly then judged harshly over the board radio and made a clear statement. "This f***ing guy! What a f***ing idiot! Can't even look in your mirrors," he revealed about the incident. In qualifying, the French driver will hope to put in a better performance.
