Former F1 driver and World Champion, Damon Hill, is getting his own sports documentary on Sky Sports. On his Instagram, he revealed the trailer for it.
The trailer shows that the documentary will not only be about him but also about his father.
His father, Graham Hill, was an extremely successful racing driver. Not only is Graham a Formula 1 world champion, he is also the only driver who has managed to win a triple crown: The Indy 500, 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Monaco Grand Prix.
Damon Hill's father unfortunately died at 46 years old in a plane crash. Along with him were five members of his team.
When he lost his father at 15 years old, he did not want to be a Formula 1 driver. That would come later as he made his F1 debut at 32 years old. In 1992, he drove for Brabham and then in 1993, Williams.

When did Damon Hill become world champion?

Williams was a very dominant team from 1991-1993. Hill finished third during his first season at Williams with Alain Prost winning the World Championship that year.
In 1994, Hill lost his teammate, Ayrton Senna. While he fought for the championship that year and the next, he lost out in 1994 and 1995 to Michael Schumacher.
However, he was successful in 1996. Despite winning the championship for Williams, Hill was still replaced and moved on to other teams (Arrows and Jordan) until 1998, when he retired.
Hill is still active in the motorsport community as an analyst and commentator.
