Photos have finally emerged from the new McLaren nose, one of the many upgrades the Woking-based have implemented for the Spanish Grand Prix, and it's safe to say it looks quite different from the original design!
As you can see in the pictures, the opening in the front of the nose, as well as the new vents on each side, should prevent the Renault-engine of the MCL33 from gasping for air. All in all, this new nose should be a big advantage for McLaren.
Another supposed advantage, besides the many tweaks of the bodywork of the car, should be the new fuel provider BP Castrol. A lot of changes for the papaya-orange cars of Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne, but they're certainly not the only team that has made changes for the Spanish Grand Prix. There should be a relatively big re-shuffle of the midfield this weekend, so we're looking forward for where McLaren is now compared to their competitors!
