McLaren seemed to be unbeatable in Netherland after a perfect Friday. Will Max Verstappen beat them, against any prediction, in the qualiyfing session? Discover that with our liveblog.
McLaren's pace is actually unbeatable for the whole grid, even if during the FP2 the 1-2 was denied by Fernando Alonso, with a great Aston Martin this weekend.
Max Verstappen meanwhile is sitting behind the McLarens and the Aston Martins with a RB21 who wasn't able to go further than the fifth place during the FP1 and FP2 but never exclude him from the fight for the pole position.
Also Ferraris friday wasn't so good, a lot of struggles and a slow car during the FP1, in which they finished 1.6s behind Lando Norris, and not a much more encouraging FP2 where they got the sixth, with Lewis, and the eight position, with Charles.

Wachè's word on Red Bull's friday

Wrapping up the opening day of the Dutch weekend, Red Bull’s technical director Waché said: "We had a few issues in FP1 and after that you can pick up some damage on the car and it can influence performance a little, but we have escaped any issues so far."
"It is quite tricky here. It is very windy conditions and you have the risk of rain throughout the whole weekend. The risk is mainly for FP3, with less risk for Quali and the race, because of that we elected to go for a dry condition set-up for both cars in FP2."
He then added: "We evaluated things from FP1 but the wind makes it difficult here to fully assess [the] performance in the car."
Finally, the Frenchman concluded on the overall performance of the team: "Where we are amongst the other teams is hard to say so far but we are in the mix."
