Bob Bell: "midfield is not a comfortable situation"

Bob Bell confirms Renault are fearing attacks from all the midfield teams. Renault's technical director are battling for fourth place this season, deemed as the 'best of the rest' position.

The French team are facing threats from Haas and Force India this season. And Bell confirms Renault are prepared for ups and downs through the second half of the season.

"The battle in the midfield is becoming more exciting and it is not a comfortable situation to be in," Bob Bell told crash.net.

The team announced their first profit for almost a decade last weekend. Renault are a team on the up with more access to their own factory resources. Next season they may be focusing on getting out of the battle for fourth place, but for now, they've got plenty to focus on.
