Aston Martin is most likely to breathe new life into the project around the Aston Martin Valkyrie. The British racing stable is aiming to attack the World Endurance Championship and the IMSA SportsCar Championship from 2025. The Aston Martin Valkyrie was created by, among others, successful designer Adrian Newey, who now works for Red Bull Racing.

The Aston Martin Valkyrie is a famous hypercar created by Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing, among others. The hypercar has 1140 hp and goes from 0 to 100 km/h in about 2.6 seconds. The car is worth around 2.5 million euros. Among others, Max Verstappen owns the prestigious racing car.

New life in Valkyrie project?

The current Aston Martin Valkyrie has never really participated in a racing class, but Motorsport.com reports that the British racing stable behind the hypercar wants to do so in the future. Aston Martin are close to a deal with Heart of Racing to race the car in a few years' time. The intention is to do so in the WEC and IMSA classes.

The concept of the Aston Martin Valkyrie will remain pretty much the same. The car will still be powered by a non-turbocharged V12. However, the hybrid section at the rear of the car will most likely be removed. As a result, the racing version of the Valkyrie will look more like the Valkyrie AMR Pro.
