Sebastian Vettel is one of the drivers who has something to say about the incident between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen in Brazil. The German thinks the FIA investigation into Verstappen is 'a bit unnecessary.'

Vettel doesn't feel much about an investigation after the race

After the race Mercedes complained about the brake action of Verstappen towards Hamilton. The FIA decided to question the decision of the race committee in Brazil after obtaining the right images.

Verstappen is still awaiting the FIA's verdict, but Vettel, meanwhile, reports that he doesn't feel much for this retrospective investigation. "They were fighting for the lead in the race. That's obviously the biggest fight of the race," Vettel begins opposite Motorsport.com.

Asked about his opinion on the right to review penalties after the race if new evidence has emerged, the Aston Martin driver said the following: "I have nothing to do with it, but I think it's a bit unnecessary. I think the tide is only going one way, so what changes? I don't think anything. Lewis drove a great race. He won. He was faster. That's all."
