McLaren not planning to seek title sponsor for first time since 2013

Since 2013 McLaren haven't had a title sponsor and it doesn't look as if it will change. Where many teams do have a title sponsor, the British racing team has not done so for a while now. The question that arises is: will this happen again?
Zak Brown told MotorSportWeek.com that they're not thinking about it for now. In the back of their minds they are working on it, but they want to spread their chances. In addition, he particularly wants McLaren to remain the main product.
"I want us to be known as McLaren. I love our colour. I think it really resonates with the fans, who are crucial to us and so our business model is built on doing what we do, which is bringing in great partners, but not needing a title sponsor. I think the days of title sponsors writing as many checks as they did in the past are over and besides, with a title sponsor, you tend to put too many eggs in one basket, in my opinion."

After all, he thinks this is a better strategy than going all out to find a title sponsor. He'd rather go with several companies

"I would rather spread our sponsorship across a portfolio of partners. The other thing is, and Cisco Webex did a really great job with the global TV campaign, it's really important that our partners activate us. So the more exposure the Dells, the Ciscos and the DeWalts can give to the McLaren brand around the world, the better than having all your eggs in one basket."
So for now, it looks like nothing is going to change about the name of McLaren's F1 team.
