Robert Kubica hasn't ruled out returning to Formula One again, after being replaced at Williams by Nicholas Latifi for next season. The Polish driver secured just one point this season, in what was another difficult ride for Williams.

The 35-year-old recently received offers from both Haas and Racing Point to be their simulator pilot, which would potentially allow him to re-test for a seat in 2021.

"You never know. Of course, if I am not in the paddock in the future, there will be very few opportunities - to return to F1, Kubica told Motorsport.com.

"If I am in the paddock, then anything can happen . I keep my feet on the ground and being realistic, there is a great possibility that Abu Dhabi has been my last race, it is more likely to run again. It is realistic."

Kubica made his F1 debut in 2006 in Hungary and has since gone onto make 97 race starts, securing one victory in that time in Canada in 2008.
