It's a WET afternoon in Hockenheim ahead of the German Grand Prix!

With just two hours until the German Grand Prix, things are hotting up. Or perhaps getting wetter. This picture, taken on Sunday afternoon, shows the track covered in water. The clouds certainly don't like they're going to give the track a break anytime soon!

If this weather continues, it could make for a spicy grand prix. Sebastian Vettel is starting from the back after a poor qualifying session while Charles Leclerc starts in the middle. They might be feeling better now they've spotted some rainfal!

It should also help Max Verstappen who starts the race from second. The flying Dutchman was asking for rain earlier in the week and it sounds like his prayers have been answered.  The 2019 Formula 1 cars haven't been given a proper test in the wet weather yet, with all races in the first half of the season remaining dry.
