George Russell shares snaps of LA holiday with his girlfriend

After finishing sixth at the Chinese Grand Prix, George Russell enjoyed some much-needed downtime with his girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt. The pair posted snaps of themselves exploring Los Angeles, California on Instagram.
The Mercedes team haven't started 2024 on the front foot. It is their worst start to a Formula 1 season in over a decade. Only in two other seasons (2011 and 2012) have they scored fewer points after the opening five races.
There's no doubt, then, that Russell wants to spend his time off away from the sport. Russell spent the week with 26-year-old girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt, the Spanish-born Mundt works in the business management and finance sector and has recently moved to Monaco. She is often spotted supporting Russell at races.
The pair went to the iconic Hollywood sign, watched a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game from courtside and enjoyed the sunshine.
