During the first two races of the season, Tsunoda did not manage to score any points. In Australia, he succeeded. The Japanese driver finished seventh, giving him no less than six points for the championship.

In Japan, too, the Visa Cash App RB driver was strong. After a good qualifying on Saturday, in which Tsunoda made Q3, he impressed in the race as well. In the end, the Japanese driver finished in tenth place. As a result, he is currently 11th in the championship with seven points.

Marko admired by Tsunoda

Marko, therefore, admires Tsunoda: "At the second start, Yuki did sensationally well. His overtaking manoeuvres were the show of the day. The fans were completely over the moon. His weekend was at the level of Max, Alonso and Co. Flawless, a great performance under the pressure of his home race."
