Zane Maloney won the Bahrain Formula 2 feature race with conviction. Maloney managed to win both races in the same weekend. It's the first time this has happened for a long period of time.

Zane Maloney won the Formula 2 feature race and sprint race. There are two rookies on the podium alongside him. Josep María Martí finished second, and rookie Paul Aron was third.

The start of the F2 feature race on Saturday in Bahrain was chaotic. After a tap from Gabriel Bortoleto, who ended up receiving a 10-second penalty for this, Isack Hadjar spun at the first corner. This spin also took out Enzo Fittipaldi. Both Hadjar and Fittipaldi were unable to continue the race. This accident triggered the first safety car of the race. The second and final safety car of the race was caused by Victor Martins. His car suddenly stopped on the track.

Andrea Kimi Antonelli

The rookie with a lot of eyes on him is Andrea Kimi Antonelli. He started the feature race in eighteenth place. In Bahrain, he managed to drive forward to tenth place and thus scored one point. Six drivers retired from the race. So this means that only 16 drivers crossed the finish line.
