This year marks exactly 30 years since Michael Schumacher won his first world title. To celebrate, an events agency is teaming up with the Keep Fighting Foundation to come up with a new hospitality service during the Belgian Grand Prix.

In 1994, Schumacher won his first of seven world titles. For this reason, a special Schumacher Legends Lounge will be created during the race weekend in Spa-Francorchamps, reports the circuit on their own website.

The lounge will host a variety of activities, including an exhibition of some of his cars and previously unseen items. There will also be 'An Evening for Michael' where there will be the opportunity to dine with old teammates of Schumacher to hear special stories about the Formula One legend. There will also be an auction that evening where items from Schumacher's career can be bid on. This money will go to the foundation of Schumacher's family.

Sabine Kehm, Michael Schumacher's manager, reacted enthusiastically to the news. “This is the first time the Keep Fighting Foundation and Michael’s family has supported this type of experience. We are delighted that, 30 years on from his first World Drivers’ Championship, we can celebrate his racing career at Spa-Francorchamps, where it all started for him in Formula One. We are proud to be the launch event for Legends Lounge as we are always keen to celebrate Michael’s amazing career.”
