Lando Norris has already lashed out via social media at the course of events at the Japanese Grand Prix. Pierre Gasly had to drive past a tractor (in very treacherous conditions) on the tarmac, while a similar kind of incident in 2014 ultimately caused Jules Bianchi to die.

Norris doesn't have a good word to say about it. "Wtf. How did this happen? We lost a life in this situation years ago. We risk our lives, especially in circumstances like this. We want to race. But this... Unacceptable."

Race officials have launched an investigation into the incident. They will go public with their conclusions after the Grand Prix.
